A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Image Rights:

You grant us permission to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including our website and social media, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

Delivery:

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session via our online gallery system.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
